Learn more →Theodosia sits along Bull Shoals Lake in the hills of Ozark County, a rural community that reorganized itself around the lake after the White River was dammed in the 1950s. It is a small, spread-out place of lake homes, farmsteads, and a longtime marina resort, drawing people who value fishing, boating, and the quiet of the Missouri Ozarks. The lakeside setting and heavy Ozark rains make dependable gutters and solid construction worth doing right for both seasonal and year-round homes. Nash Alvarez offers Theodosia honest, careful local contracting, from seamless gutter installation to remodeling and additions.
When Bull Shoals Lake filled in the early 1950s and covered much of the original townsite, Theodosia moved uphill toward the nearby community of Lutie, whose post office was renamed Theodosia; the Army Corps of Engineers completed the lake in 1953.
